Contemporary house with thatched roof on an enclosed, wooded park of 6000 m2 with heated swimming pool (11m*5m) which can accommodate 15 people maximum (adults and children included), and including:

• Double reception opening onto south-facing terrace

• Fitted and equipped open kitchen (American fridge, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, oven) with utility room equipped with a washing machine/dryer

• 6 bedrooms

• A mezzanine dormitory (4 single beds convertible into 2 double beds)

• A relaxation area opening onto the swimming pool

• 2 bathrooms + 2 shower rooms

• Separate WC on the ground floor and upstairs

• A heated swimming pool with dome (11m*5m)  and secured by a Ganivelle barrier (accessible and heated from May 1 to September 30)

• A pétanque court

• Baby equipment available: baby bed, changing table, bathtub, high chair, etc.

 

​Each room has been carefully furnished and decorated to make your stay pleasant and soothing, all in a lush and luxurious exterior. green.

The ground floor of the house is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

You will have access to Internet (Orange Fiber) WIFI throughout the house as well as a large number of TV channels (French and International).

Reminder: We will only accommodate a maximum of 15 people per stay, including adults, children and babies. (Regulation of furnished tourist accommodation)

• Delivery of your groceries directly to your home: We collect your groceries at the Super U Drive in La Turballe before your arrival.
