• Rental from 2 nights during week (outside July and August : 400 euros per night

• Week-end October / November / December (oustside Christmas holidays) / January / february / March from Friday  to Sunday : from 800 euros

•  Week-end April / May / June / September (hors long week-end and public holidays from Friday  to Sunday : 2100 euros with swimming pool

• Easter weekend (3 nights): 2700 euros

• Ascension weekend (4 nights): 3600 euros with swimming pool

• Pentecote weekend (3 nights): 2700 euros with swimming pool

• Week medium season (April / May / June / september  3150  euros with swimming pool

• Week very hight season (July and August) : Prices on demand and discount depending with our last availability

• Week low season (October to Mars) : 2000 euros 

• Christmas holidays : 4 nights minimum (starting from 700  euros per night) or 3150 for a week

Being listed at the Saint-Lyphard town hall, we must pay the tourist tax which will then be passed on to you. price is 2.42 euros per night and per adult

*certain stains are left to the tenants (house tidy, sheets removed, trash taken out, refrigerator emptied and clean, etc.)
