Christmas holidays : 4 nights minimum (600 euros per night) or 3000 for a week

Being listed at the Saint-Lyphard town hall, we must pay the tourist tax which will then be passed on to you. price is 2.26 euros per night and per adult

*certain stains are left to the tenants (house tidy, sheets removed, trash taken out, refrigerator emptied and clean, etc.)
